Before you trade

Risk disclosure.

Last updated: 29 October 2026 · preliminary version

MarketMind is analysis and trade-management software. Before using it, consider the risks of trading carefully.

Risk of loss

Futures and options are leveraged instruments: losses can be fast and can exceed the margin deposited. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

No guaranteed results

Tools, levels, volume and visual cues help organise your analysis but do not guarantee results. Simulations and past results are not indicative of future results.

Examples and simulated data

Examples on this site, including the Sizer calculator, are illustrative: they use simulated data and exclude commissions and slippage.

Execution and connection

Orders go through the connection configured in NinjaTrader. Outcomes also depend on connection, provider and liquidity: delays, rejections and fills at prices other than expected are possible.

Copy across accounts

Copying an entry to several accounts multiplies your exposure. Check enabled accounts, sizes and each account’s rules before trading.

0DTE levels

CALL, PUT and FLIP levels are references for analysis, not signals or orders. On expiration days volatility can be high and price can move through a level.

Decisions remain yours

Decisions, trading plan and risk management remain the trader’s. Where needed, review your choices with a qualified advisor.
